WHAT TO EXPECT

There you will be treated to a truly spectacular seasonal feast prepared by the Four Seasons’ Pecko Zantilaveevan, the Thai-born and raised executive chef who was named top toque of Manhattan’s only architecturally-landmarked restaurant.

Wildly creative with a love of sacred Asian ingredients and formal French technique, Chef Pecko has been dazzling the critics with dishes that made The New York Times rave “one bite is enough to make you moan” and inspired New York Magazine to gush about the “surprisingly adventurous flavors and marvelous pairings.”

The evening will feature an authentic five course interpretation of the tropical life, only far more chic and much more delicious!
